 Choosing and Setting Baud Rates
Choosing and Setting Baud Rates

To minimize download time, use the highest mutually acceptable baud
rate for the host and target.

On the target, use the stty command to set the baud rate. For example,
to set the baud rate on the target board's tty1 port to 19200 baud,
enter the following command line at the debug Monitor's prompt:

	PMON stty tty1 19200

On the host, the way the baud rate is set depends on the host type and
the debugger you have selected.
